How long does a typical project take?
Presentations of 10–15 slides are usually delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on the complexity of the content and level of detail. For larger decks, the timeline will be discussed and agreed before the project is confirmed.
Are faster turnaround times possible?
Yes, subject to availability. Rush projects (48–72 hours) incur a 50% rush fee.
Why don’t you need my content to provide a quote?
Presentation design pricing is based on the total number of slides, not the subject matter itself. Because the design effort scales with slide volume, I can accurately price a project using the estimated slide count and deadline alone.
Many clients are also unable to share content upfront due to confidentiality. This approach allows you to get clear cost visibility first, without needing to disclose sensitive information.
Once the quote is approved and the project is confirmed, I’ll review the content during the discovery & strategy phase to ensure the design fully supports your message and goals.
What do you need from me to get started?
You’ll need to supply your content in PowerPoint or Word format, along with your logo and brand guidelines. If no style guide is available, your website or existing brand material will be used as reference.
What if I don’t have a logo or style guide?
You may share examples or references you like, or I can propose a suitable visual direction aligned with your goals.
Do you create or rewrite presentation content?
No. MC Design Studio focuses exclusively on presentation design, not content creation or copywriting.
All text, messaging, and structure must be supplied by the client. I am happy to advise on visual hierarchy, slide flow and layout best practices, but I do not generate, edit or rewrite presentation content.
Are there additional charges for images?
Licence-free images are sourced where possible. If licensed stock imagery is required, these costs are quoted separately.
A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion.
